I ordered the 3 x Indian cuffs and two of them were so big they fell off my wrist so I had to return them. I didn’t know how or where to send them back to (nothing on the website about returns) so I emailed and it took days for a reply, eventually Jayde came back and said my email had gone into spam and she gave me the address to send the items back. That was over a week ago and yet again, no reply to my emails and no refund. Really poor customer service, sadly won’t be shopping with you again
